What To Expect When you contact us...
Find an Advice Centre
We have over 50 Advice Centres across London. Due to COVID-19 many of these are closed or have reduced opening hours. Use our Advice Locator Tool to find your nearest one.

If there’s a Video Advisor available you can start your appointment straightaway or alternatively you can book a future appointment by calling us on 0800 808 5622. Appointments are available weekdays between 10am-5pm.
